The Sona Mart Wallet: All approved returns are exclusively issued as Sona Mart Store Credit. We do not provide monetary refunds (Bank, UPI, or Card). Your store credit remains valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be seamlessly applied to your next premium purchase.
The Window: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and flawlessly intact in their original packaging with all tags attached. Clear photographs of the product and tags must be uploaded when submitting your request.
Processing Fee: A flat ₹99 return handling fee per order applies, which covers reverse pickup, quality inspection, and processing. Original shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
Partial Returns: You may return selected items from a multi-item order. The ₹99 handling fee is applied only once per order.
We understand that finding the perfect fit or style is essential. You may request a Size Exchange or a Product Exchange (for a completely different item) within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact. A ₹99 exchange handling fee applies per order and will be collected securely during checkout.
Size Unavailability: If your desired size is out of stock, you will receive Store Credit for the product value (shipping & COD charges excluded).
Value Differences (For Product Exchange):
Upgrades: If the new product is of a higher value, the price difference must be paid at checkout.
Downgrades: If the new product is of a lower value, the balance amount will be instantly issued as Store Credit.
Partial Exchanges: You may exchange selected pieces in a multi-item order. The handling fee applies only once.
Reverse Pickup: We offer convenient reverse pickup services in most pin codes.
Self-Shipping: If reverse pickup is unserviceable in your area, you may self-ship the item to our facility. We will reimburse courier charges up to ₹200 as Store Credit upon presentation of a valid shipping receipt. (Note: The ₹99 return/exchange handling fee still applies).
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share clear, unedited photos of the product and packaging. Following verification, we will promptly arrange a replacement or issue Store Credit, as per your preference.
Hygiene & Custom Items: To maintain uncompromising hygiene standards, innerwear, swimwear, and beauty products are strictly non-returnable. Personalized or custom-made items are also considered Final Sale.
