At Sona Mart, we conduct rigorous quality checks before dispatching any order. To maintain our quality standards, we offer a highly specific 3-Day Return Policy exclusively for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Accepted Reasons: Returns are strictly limited to instances where you have received a wrong item or a damaged/defective product.
Not Accepted (❌): We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons, including but not limited to change of mind, size issues, or color preferences.
Timeframe: You must raise the return request within 3 days of receiving your delivery.
Initiating a valid return is simple. Just follow these steps on our platform:
Log in and navigate to “My Orders”.
Select the specific order and click on “Order Details”.
Choose the “Return” option.
Select the exact reason for your return.
Mandatory Proof: You must upload clear images of the product along with a complete, uncut Unboxing Video to validate your claim.
Once your request and video proof are approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
Crucial Condition: The pickup executive will only accept the product if it is handed over in its original, unused condition, with all original tags intact and securely packed in the original packaging.
Initiation: Your refund will be initiated only after the product has been successfully picked up and passes our warehouse quality check.
Shipping Deduction: A nominal shipping & handling fee of ₹50 will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Rejection Clause: If the returned product is found to be used, washed, altered, or missing its original tags and packaging, no refund will be issued, and the item will be sent back to you.
