You can request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

Return and exchange are processed at the order level only, not on a product-by-product basis. Multiple requests for the same order within 30 days are not allowed.

If You Receive a Wrong / Missing / Defective Item

If you receive a wrong, missing, or defective product, please raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery. Complaints made after 48 hours will not be entertained.

1. Ensure the original product tag and packaging are intact.
2. Send the complete product as received at the time of delivery.

DON’Ts:

• No return accepted without original tags or packaging.
• No return for worn, washed, or used items.
• No return for non-Sona Mart / Berrylush products.
