All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes (unless stated otherwise). We accept payment via secure payment gateways (UPI, Cards, Wallets, COD). In case of a failed transaction, amount (if debited) will be refunded as per bank timelines.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery time is 5–7 working days. In case of delay due to courier or external factors, we are not liable but will assist you with tracking.
5. Return & Exchange Policy
Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and with original tags intact. Exchanges are allowed for size issues or defective items. Refunds will be processed after quality check and will take 5–10 working days. Note: Customized or sale items are not eligible for return.
