 Return Policy

• Products can be returned or replaced within 7 days of delivery.
• Items like lingerie, jewelry, etc. marked non-returnable can’t be returned.
• Returned items must be unused, with original tags, packaging, and invoice.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after quality check (Q.C).
• Mode-wise refund:
  • Online Payment: Refunded to your bank/card within 7 days.
  • Sona Mart Credits: Refunded within 5–10 days.
  • COD Orders: Refund as Sona Credits or to bank (on request).
• Refund may be delayed if product fails Q.C or wrong bank details are shared.

How to Return

1. Login to your Sona Mart account.
2. Go to My Orders → Return → Select Item.
3. Courier partner will pick up within 3 days.
4. Refund issued after successful pickup & Q.C.

 Special Cases

• For Buy 2 Get 1 offers, discount is adjusted and refund given only for returned items.
• If pickup not available in your area, self-ship the product with invoice to:

Sona Mart may deny refunds in case of misuse, wrong returns, or fraud.
