Express Shipping: Delivery within 1–4 working days. (Available only for products tagged as “Fast Delivery ⚡️”)

2. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email.
You can also track your order under the “My Orders” section on our website.
Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to be updated after dispatch.
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
If undelivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order will be marked RTO (Return to Origin).
In such cases, ₹200 will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be issued as a coupon code (valid for 180 days).
Free Shipping on all orders above ₹399.
Orders below ₹399 incur a ₹49 shipping fee.
Shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before you make the payment.
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on most pin codes across India.
However, to confirm your order, we require a 20% advance payment —the remaining 80% can be paid in cash upon delivery.
COD is not available on special promotional offers (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1 Free).
Orders may be denied COD due to courier limitations or risk checks.
We strive to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to:

Govt. regulations or holidays
Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by these uncontrollable events. However, we’re always here to assist you.
If your order is damaged or lost in transit, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
For missing deliveries (marked as delivered), notify us within 24 hours so we can investigate and resolve.
You may request cancellation or address change before dispatch. After dispatch, changes are not possible.
