Exchange & Return Timeline
You can raise an exchange or return request within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Eligible Scenarios for Exchange/Return:
Accepted: Defective or Damaged Product: If your product has any manufacturing defect or damage during shipping. Wrong Product Delivered: If you received something different than what you ordered. Size Exchange: One-time size exchange is allowed, subject to stock availability.
Not Accepted:
Change of mind after delivery. Product used or without original tags/packaging. Damage caused after delivery due to mishandling. Items bought under Sale, BOGO Offers (Buy 1 Get 1 Free, etc.) are not eligible for return but are eligible for one-time exchange only.
How to Raise a Request
1. Contact us at support@sonamart.in or WhatsApp us at +91-9471418942 within 7 days of delivery. 2. Share your Order ID, issue details, and pictures if needed. 3. Our team will guide you for pickup and inspection.
Refund Policy
For Prepaid Orders: Refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after quality check at our warehouse.
For COD Orders: Refunds will be processed to your bank account. Share your details (Account Number, IFSC, Name) after pickup. Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days post inspection.
Exchange Fee A small fee of ₹99 will be applicable for size exchanges. For second-time exchange (if approved), a fee of ₹250 will be charged.
Special Offers/Discount Codes Policy
Orders placed using discount codes (e.g., SONA10, LOVE15) are not eligible for return. One-time size exchange is allowed, subject to availability. For combo sets or buy-more-save-more deals (e.g., Buy 2 Get 1 Free), exchange must be for the complete combo.
Pickup Policy Reverse pickup will be arranged within 2–3 working days, subject to serviceability. If pickup is not available in your pincode, you can self-ship the product and we will reimburse up to ₹250.
