The product must remain 100% unused, unwashed, and in an undamaged condition.
All original luxury tags, labels, and packaging must be flawlessly intact.
Strict Protocol for Missing or Incorrect Items For any claims related to receiving a missing item or an incorrect product, you must raise the issue with our support team within 24 working hours from the exact time of delivery. A clear, continuous video evidence of the unboxing process is strictly mandatory. Please note that Sona Mart will not be able to entertain or process any claims for missing or damaged products without valid unboxing video proof.
Sona Mart Return Policy
The 7-Day Window: You may gracefully initiate a return request within 7 days of the product’s delivery.
Logistics & Processing Fee: A nominal reverse shipment and handling fee of INR 100 will be charged and deducted from your refund. Please note that if an order contains multiple items, additional shipment fees may be applicable.
Non-Refundable Charges: Original Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
One-Time Privilege: You are permitted to request a return or exchange only one time per order.
Refund Timeline: Once the returned masterpiece is picked up by our logistics partner, it takes 1 working day to initiate the refund process. Following initiation, please allow 5 to 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account. The exact receipt time of the refund depends entirely on your original mode of payment.
Sona Mart Exchange Policy
The 7-Day Window: We offer an easy and seamless exchange process within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange Scope: Items are exchangeable exclusively for the same product or a different size (subject to premium stock availability).
Final Sale on Exchanges: Once an item has been exchanged, the newly replaced item cannot be returned or exchanged again. The one-time privilege rule applies here as well.
Bundle Offers: Orders placed under any exclusive “Bundle Offer” are strictly not eligible for returns. Only size or product exchanges are allowed for such premium purchases.
Multi-Item Fees: Similar to returns, if an exchange order contains multiple items, additional shipment fees may be charged to facilitate the reverse and forward logistics.
