3. How to Claim for Damage:

• Mandatory Step: You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Proof Required: A clear, uncut unboxing video showing the defect is mandatory for approval. We may also request additional photos.

• Process: Once your claim is approved, we will guide you through the return process. A refund or replacement will be issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. Return Conditions:

• The item must be unused, with all original tags intact and in the original packaging.

• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for covering return shipping charges unless stated otherwise by our team.

• Parcel Details: Please include your Name, Contact Number, Email, and Order ID clearly on the return parcel.

5. Order Cancellation:

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.

• Customized Orders: Require prepayment (No Cash on Delivery) and cannot be canceled once processing begins.
