At Sona Mart, we strive to ensure you love every purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we are here to help. Please read our comprehensive Return and Exchange policy carefully before initiating a request.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To provide a seamless shopping experience, all approved returns are issued exclusively as Sona Mart Store Credit.
No Monetary Refunds: We do not issue refunds to bank accounts, UPI, or credit/debit cards.
Store Credit Validity: Your store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be used on any future purchase.
Non-Refundable Charges: Original shipping fees and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.
Handling Fee: A flat ₹99 Return Handling Fee applies per order, which covers reverse pickup, inspection, and processing.
Partial Returns: You may return selected items from a multi-item order. The ₹99 fee applies only once per order.
If you need a different size or want to exchange your item for a completely different product, you can do so within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange Handling Fee: A nominal ₹99 fee applies per exchange order and will be collected at checkout.
Size Exchange: Subject to size availability. If your desired size is out of stock, you will receive Store Credit for the product value.
Different Product Exchange: If the new item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid at checkout. If it is of lower value, the balance will be issued as Store Credit.
Partial Exchanges: You may exchange specific items in a multi-item order.
To ensure your request is approved, all returned/exchanged items must meet the following criteria:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags completely intact.
You must upload clear photos of the product and its tags when submitting your request online.
All requests undergo a strict verification process by our Quality Assurance team before approval.
Reverse Pickup: We offer reverse pickup in most pin codes. Hand over the securely packed item to our courier partner.
Self-Shipping: If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may self-ship the item to our warehouse. We will reimburse your courier charges up to ₹200 (Store Credit) upon submission of a valid shipping receipt. Note: The ₹99 handling fee still applies.
Quality is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please share clear photos (and an unboxing video, if available) of the product and packaging.
Upon verification, we will arrange a free replacement or issue Store Credit, as per your preference.
For hygiene reasons and specific promotional terms, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Intimate Wear & Hygiene Products: Innerwear, swimwear, shapewear, and beauty products.
Custom Items: Personalized, custom-made, or “Final Sale” items.
B1G1 Offers: Orders placed using a “Buy 1 Get 1” (B1G1) offer code are strictly not eligible for partial cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
Log in to your Sona Mart account and go to My Orders.
Select the order and click on Return / Exchange.
Choose your reason, upload the required clear images of the product and tags, and submit your request.
