Products that have been customized as per client requirements (plus size, made-to-measure, pattern changes) and accessories (jewelry, bags) are strictly non-eligible for exchange or return.
3. Damaged or Defective Products Only: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us immediately.
A proper, uncut parcel opening video is compulsory to claim a defect or damage.

4. Refund Process (For Approved Damage Claims): Once your damage claim is verified and the return is accepted, we will provide you with the return shipping address. After we receive the product, your refund will be credited within 2-3 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
