The 48-Hour Window: You may gracefully request a return within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your order. Requests submitted beyond this exclusive window cannot be processed.
Pristine Condition: To qualify for a return, the garment must remain 100% unused, unwashed, and returned with all original luxury tags, seals, and packaging flawlessly intact. Any products exhibiting signs of wear, perfume, or tampering will be immediately disqualified.
Simple Process: To raise a return request, simply click on the Return My Order button in our main menu and follow the guided on-screen instructions.
Premium Logistics: Once successfully submitted, our concierge team will arrange a reverse pickup via our trusted logistics partner (Shiprocket). Please allow up to 6 business days for the process to be meticulously completed before reaching out for status updates.
Non-Serviceable Pin Codes: In exceptionally rare instances, a delivery pin code may be serviceable for delivery but unserviceable for return pickups due to courier network limitations. If return pickup is unavailable for your area, you will be required to self-ship the item to Sona Mart’s head office at your own expense. Please email support@sonamart.in to receive our official shipping coordinates.
Upon receiving the returned masterpiece at our facility, it will undergo a rigorous quality inspection. Once approved:
The Sona Mart Wallet: Your refund will be exclusively issued as Store Credit to your Sona Mart account. You can easily view and apply this credit during the checkout process of your next purchase. (Please note: Under no circumstances are monetary refunds issued to the original bank, UPI, or card payment methods).
Lifetime Validity: Your exclusive store credit never expires and remains available for any future luxury purchase.
Processing Fees: A nominal processing fee is applied to maintain our premium logistics. For Prepaid orders, a flat ₹99 will be deducted from your store credit. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, both the COD handling fee and the ₹99 return processing fee will be deducted.
Incorrect Deliveries: In the rare event that an incorrect item is dispatched, Sona Mart will arrange a complimentary return pickup and expedite the correct item at zero additional cost. While original payment refunds are still not offered, the discrepancy will be fully resolved via a product replacement or full store credit.
Subjective Variations: Please note that subjective concerns—such as minor color variations (due to device lighting/display differences), delivery delays outside our control, or personal styling opinions—do not qualify for special consideration outside these standard policy terms.
To maintain inventory exclusivity, direct product exchanges are currently not offered. If you desire a different size, color, or style, we kindly request you to return the original item (as per the policy above) and utilize your Store Credit to place a fresh order for the new piece.
Automated Dispatch: Because our premium shipping process is highly automated to ensure swift deliveries, orders cannot be cancelled once placed, and no refunds can be issued for cancellation requests. This strict policy applies equally to COD, Partially Prepaid, and Fully Prepaid orders. We urge you to review your cart meticulously before checkout.
Refused Deliveries (RTO): For partially or fully prepaid orders, if the package is refused at the time of delivery or if delivery fails (due to an incorrect address, unavailability, etc.) and returns to our warehouse, you may email us at support@sonamart.in. We will issue a Store Credit equal to the prepaid amount. (As always, refunds to the original mode of payment are strictly not provided).
