To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet the following strict conditions:
All original product tags must be completely intact.
The item must be returned in its original Sona Mart packaging.
The product must be strictly unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
Mandatory Unboxing Video: For all claims regarding missing items or receiving an incorrect product, you must share a clear, uncut video evidence of the parcel unboxing.
Timeline: The issue must be raised within 24 working hours from the date of delivery.
Please Note: We will not be able to entertain any claims of missing or wrong products without valid unboxing video proof.
7-Day Window: Sona Mart exclusively offers a 7-day window from the date of delivery for products to be returned.
Return Charges: A reverse shipment and handling fee of ₹100 will be charged. (If an order contains multiple items, additional shipment fees may apply).
COD Charges: Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are strictly non-refundable.
One-Time Limit: You can only return or exchange an item one time per order.
Refund Timeline: After the product is successfully picked up and passes our quality check, it takes 1 working day to initiate the refund process. Once initiated, please allow 5-7 working days for the amount to reflect in your original bank account. (Receipt of the refund depends on your chosen mode of payment).
7-Day Exchange: We offer an easy 7-day exchange policy.
Size & Product: Items are exchangeable for the same product in a different size (subject to availability). Once an item is exchanged, it cannot be returned.
One-Time Limit: You can only exchange or return an item one time.
Bundle Offers: Orders placed under “Bundle Offers” or “Buy 1 Get 1” are not eligible for returns; only size exchanges are allowed.
Exchange Charges: If an order contains multiple items, additional reverse shipment fees may be charged.
