Eligibility & Conditions

Condition Details
Return Window 7 days from the date of delivery.
Required State Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and include the original invoice.
Non-Returnable For hygiene reasons: Masks, Panties, Swimwear, Bra Accessories (silicons), Shapewear, Nightwear, and Lingerie Sets.
Sets/Multi-packs Individual items from a set cannot be returned separately.
Free Gifts Must be returned with the item, or the refund amount will be adjusted.
Refusal Right Returns may be refused if the item is missing, damaged, or shows signs of wear.

Refunds & Charges

  • Refund Initiation: Processed only after the product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check.
  • Timeframe: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 working days of receiving the return.
  • COD Deduction: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, ₹29 will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Shipping Fee: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Second Exchange Fee: A ₹99 shipping fee will apply for a second return or exchange on items that were already exchanged once.

  4. Exchange Dispatch: Your exchanged item will be dispatched once the original product is successfully picked up.

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery to support@sonamart.in or WhatsApp at +91 9471418942. Please provide:
  • Photos of the outer box (front and back) with the shipping label.
  • Photos of all received items.
  • A complete Unpacking Video.
