• No Returns: Please note, we do not accept returns on items once sold.
• 7-Day Replacement Policy (for Damaged/Wrong Items ONLY):
  • You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • We will process a replacement with the fastest possible courier service for verified issues.
  • Note: All products undergo a 3-layer quality check at our warehouse, and the process is recorded for reference.

Size Exchange Policy

• Exchange Window: You must notify us within 5 days from the date of parcel delivery.
• Allowed: Exchanges are strictly for size issues only for the same product.
• Not Allowed:
  • Product Exchange: We do not allow exchanging one product for a different product.
  • Customized Items: Exchanges are not accepted for specially customized pieces.
  • Offers & Discounts: All purchases made on offers and discounts are non-exchangeable.

How to Request an Exchange or Replacement

Important Customer Actions for Exchange

• No Reverse Pickup: We do not offer reverse pickup service.
• Self-Courier Required: The customer must self-courier the item back to our address.
• Shipping Charges: All shipping charges for exchanges are borne by the customer.
• Parcel Details: When self-shipping, please include the customer’s name and mobile number clearly inside the parcel.

Order Cancellations

• No Cancellations: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
