Sona Mart 7-Day Hassle-Free Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility & Conditions

Refunds & Charges

• Refund Initiation: Processed only after the product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check.
• Timeframe: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 working days of receiving the return.
• COD Deduction: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, ₹29 will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Shipping Fee: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Second Exchange Fee: A ₹99 shipping fee will apply for a second return or exchange on items that were already exchanged once.

2. Pickup: We will arrange a reverse pickup.

4. Exchange Dispatch: Your exchanged item will be dispatched once the original product is successfully picked up.

Important Note for Wrong/Damaged Item

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery to support@sonamart.in or WhatsApp at +91 9471418942.

Please provide:

• Photos of the outer box (front and back) with the shipping label.
• Photos of all received items.
• A complete Unpacking Video.

This ensures we can prioritize and quickly resolve your case.
