Exchange Policy

Size exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

To request an exchange, message us on 9471418942 with your order details.

We charge a ₹200 exchange processing fee.

Once your request is received, our team will contact you within 3 working days.

Pick-up will be arranged from your address (3 attempts will be made).

If the product isn’t handed over, the customer must self-ship it.

No exchange on discounted/sale items.

Return Policy (Only for Damaged Products)

If you receive a damaged product, send photo & video proof of the unboxing to 9471418942 within 24 hours of delivery.

We’ll arrange a pickup or ask you to send it via India Speed Post (charges reimbursed).

Refund will be processed within 48 hours after receiving the parcel.

Refunds are made to the original payment method or Google Pay number provided.

No returns/exchange for used products or items bought on sale.

Note: Colors may slightly vary due to lighting or screen settings. No fabric guarantee.
