Return / Exchange Validity
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
Multiple Requests Policy
Return and exchange are processed at the order level only, not on a product-by-product basis. Multiple requests for the same order within 30 days are not allowed.
Items Not Eligible for Return / Exchange
Due to hygiene and personal nature, Perfumes and Swimwear are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Product Exchange Policy
We currently do not have a general product exchange policy. However, you may exchange the same item for a different size (if available).
If You Receive a Wrong / Missing / Defective Item
If you receive a wrong, missing, or defective product, please raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery. Complaints made after 48 hours will not be entertained.
DOs & DON’Ts During Pickup
DOs:
Ensure the original product tag and packaging are intact.
Send the complete product as received at the time of delivery.
DON’Ts:
No return accepted without original tags or packaging.
No return for worn, washed, or used items.
No return for non-Sona Mart / Berrylush products.
Pickup Unavailable?
If pickup service is unavailable for your PIN code, please self-ship the product to the address below. We’ll refund ₹100 as a coupon code after verification.
