How to Request a Return or Exchange:

Refund & Protocol:

• Mandatory Unboxing Video: Claims for missing or damaged items must be supported by an unboxing video shared within 24 hours of delivery.

• COD Refunds: For Cash on Delivery orders, you will receive a secure email requesting bank details once the return is completed.

• Fees & Condition: Items must be 100% unused and unwashed with all luxury tags intact. A nominal reverse shipment fee of INR 100 applies to returns. Original COD charges are non-refundable.
