You can return the product to us within 15 days from the delivery date for a full refund of the merchandise value, or exchange it for a different size (subject to availability).
How to Initiate a Return (For Registered Users):
Log in to your account at www.sonamart.in and navigate to ‘My Orders’.
Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
Click on the ‘Return’ button next to the specific product.
Fill in the required fields and select your reason for return.
Click ‘Confirm Return’. You will instantly receive an automated email with your RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.
Track your return status anytime under the ‘Return Request’ tab in your account.
We will arrange a convenient reverse pick-up through our courier partners.
Quality Check & Refund:
Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a standard quality check.
Important Condition: For a seamless return experience, please ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and in its exact original condition, complete with all tags and original packaging intact.
Upon successful verification, your refund or exchange will be processed immediately.
